That's Olaf or Ollie, also sort of a boss. Boss of logistics and customer service. He actually is a very good painter, but the Fresh is making him work his ass off. If he does make some art now a days, it takes about a year at least. If you see the chilled out sober version, it's hard to believe they call him 'the drunk preacher'.
