Yesterday I went skating with Danny (manonthemoon) and his brother Rubby at the Yellow Tit, Amsterdam's coolest spot. I tagged along Bats Freshcotton's hottest intern. We called Jesse and give him shit about not ever skating anymore, as Danny does every time he goes skating. He said he might come, and we thought there was no chance in hell he would come out. All of a sudden old Papa came skating around the corner, which instantly made the session legendary.
Two old fucks and young talent Bats.
For someone who hasn't really skated in 5 years or more this backside lip is pretty sick. Jesse's street cred 1 up.
24/7 in Nijmegen, which is Frisco's big brother, is moving. They finally decided to get a bigger, nicer place. The grand opening is onthe 1st of July and they gots to celebrate so there's a party on the 5th. Check the flyer!
Yesterday me and Jesse made a trip way east, all the way to Arnhem. And of course we stopped by our big buddy Peter at Frisco. While Jesse was talking some serious business, I made myself at home and took a huge crap there. And look what I found on the toilet there. Apparently Peter likes 'his own kind'.
Tomorrow night in Bitterzoet my good friends from Flamboyance are having a launch party for their first production jacket. They have their own DJ-Team, but they've asked me (again) to back them up to really get the party started. Rumor goes it's gonna sell out. Starts at 23:00h so better be in time. If you are so lucky to have my phone number, you can text me for the guestlist. See you tomorrow. Oh yeah, the other Sebas (Ben-G) is one sexy motherfucker and single. So ladies tomorrow's your chance.
You know I'm always making fun of Peter Frisco about being as fat as he is. But his brother sent me a picture from back in the day. So looking at a very young Peter right here, you gotta hand it to him; he is looking very sharp these days.
My main man Romeo from Obey was in town for some business, some partying and we sorted out four lucky shops that we pasted full of posters Shepard-style.
We started our pasting adventure at TOMS in Amsterdam. Vos (one of the best employees ever) was really enjoying the show. His job is hard, man. Smoking cigarettes, taking personal phone calls and being a prick to customers all day.
This is what we have done so far. Hans wants us to finish the whole wall. Well we got some more posters in, Romeo will probably be back soon and he thought me a little pasting, so no worries.
Next it was off to Revert in Haarlem. They actually let us do the whole outside of the shop. Here I'm pasting over Freshco's art, sorry partner.
It took a lot of work, but in the end it looked fucking sick. Swing by there if you're in Haarlem; Kleine Houtstraat 30.
